Over 25 years of surgical and sterile processing expertise
From the very beginning, Advantage played a key role in orthopedic excellence, creating and supporting its own Surgical Joint Replacement Institute (SJRI) department.
Expanding services and impact
As client needs grew, so did we. ASSI expanded into full Operating Room and Sterile Processing staffing, adding RNs, Certified Surgical Technologists, and perioperative leaders to our roster.
Around the same time, we began supporting the Walk Strong Foundation, helping deliver advanced surgical care in underserved communities.

While others diversified, we remained focused, becoming the only staffing and consulting group dedicated exclusively to the Operating Room and Sterile Processing.
This focus allowed us to deliver unmatched quality, deepen our consulting services, and support hospitals across the U.S. with training, compliance, and operational improvement.
