As an expert in Surgical Assisting, Surgical Technology, and Sterile Processing, he has demonstrated expertise as the Director of Surgical Services Support, Lead Surgical Assistant, Ambulatory Surgery Coordinator, Surgical Technology Program Manager, Educator for Surgical Technician Course, and a Surgical Services Leading Petty Officer in the US Navy.

With over 33 years of experience in Surgical Services and as a current voting member for ANSI/AAMI standards, Jhmeid demonstrates the ability to educate, standardize, and implement process improvement plans in challenging surgical environments. His proven evidence-based leadership approach has empowered and united surgical and non-surgical departments while working with a diverse range of personalities. He initiated an internal School of Sterile Processing in a facility with a 42% certification rate, which resulted in a 93% certification rate, and he was named the Georgia Society of Healthcare Materials Management 2017 Supply Chain Executive of the Year.

Vanessa Frank, Clinical Resource Manager at Advantage Support Services, Inc., leverages her expertise in sterile processing and healthcare management.

As Chapter Treasurer for the Keystone State Association of Sterile Processing Professionals, she advocates for best practices and ongoing professional development.
